Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Authorization number.

Place the items securely in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile home goods are not damaged during transit.

Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
