We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, we offer professional white-glove delivery and assembly for an additional fee on all large furniture items. This service includes room-of-choice placement and removal of all packaging.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
Do you provide swatches or fabric samples?
To help you make the perfect choice, we offer complimentary fabric and wood finish swatches. You can order up to five samples through our dedicated swatch request page.
